Your next hire is already vetted
Remote Talent Hub places vetted Filipino assistants with Australian strata, building management, property, trades and bookkeeping teams. Shortlist in 72 hours. Working in your business in 7 to 10 business days. From $1,200 a month, with a 6-month replacement guarantee.
The situation, not the job ad
Nobody wakes up wanting to hire an assistant
They hire because something broke. The person who held the admin together resigned. A run of new buildings landed and the same two people are now covering four people's work. Or the margin got thin enough that another $85,000 salary stopped being an option.
That is the moment we get the call. Not a headcount plan, a Tuesday where the emails have won.
Your admin just resigned
You have 28 days of average hiring time and roughly $23,000 of recruitment cost in front of you, and the work does not pause while you advertise. We put three vetted candidates in front of you in 72 hours.
Growth arrived before the team did
New contracts are won, the work orders and owner emails have doubled, and your managers are doing $25-an-hour tasks at a $120,000 salary. We take the repeatable work off them without adding a local salary.
The margin will not carry another local salary
You need the capacity but the numbers do not work. A dedicated assistant with us starts at $1,200 a month, which is roughly what one local hire costs in super alone.
The four things every client is buying
Vetted, not sourced
English assessment, skills testing, a work sample and reference checks before you meet anyone. You interview three, not thirty.
Time returned
Clients report getting back 8 to 12 hours a week of their own time on top of the money. That is the part that shows up in revenue.
Cost that scales
One monthly fee with no super, no leave loading, no payroll tax, no desk and no recruitment fee attached to it.
Systems that stick
A structured 30-day onboarding, documented process and an account manager who stays on the relationship after week one.
What you are really choosing between
Most owners are not comparing us to another offshore provider. They are comparing us to hiring locally, using an agency, or doing nothing for another quarter. Here is that comparison with the numbers on it.
| What you would otherwise do | Time to start | Year-one cost | What you carry |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hire locally | 28.1 days average | ~$101,400 | Advertising, interviews, super, leave, payroll tax, desk, equipment, and the risk if it does not work out |
| Use a recruitment agency | 3 to 6 weeks | ~$101,400 plus a 12–18% placement fee | Same salary and overheads, plus a one-off fee, plus a short replacement window |
| Post on a VA marketplace | Days | $12,000–$30,000 | You do the vetting, the training, the HR, the payroll and the cover when they disappear |
| Remote Talent Hub | 7 to 10 business days | $14,400–$30,000 | Nothing. We employ them, pay them, manage HR and replace them free for six months |
What a dedicated assistant costs
One monthly fee covers the assistant's pay and entitlements, recruitment and screening, employment contracting and payroll, equipment, your Australian account manager and the guarantee.
- Hours. Part-time scope sits at the lower end, full time at the upper.
- Seniority. A senior or specialist assistant costs more and needs less supervision.
- Industry experience. Someone who already knows strata or building management software starts producing sooner.
- Software and coverage. Unusual systems or extended hours move the number.
Where you land depends on hours, seniority, industry experience and the software the role needs. No recruitment fee, no setup fee, 30 days notice.
Run it on your own figures
The saving is not a slogan. It is the difference between one salary loaded with super, leave, payroll tax, recruitment and equipment, and a flat monthly fee with none of those attached.
We remove the admin so the expensive people can work on growth.
What the same role costs offshore
Change the numbers to match your business. Everything is calculated in your browser.
Local cost in year one $101,400. Remote Talent Hub $21,600. Saving of 79 percent. Super is calculated at 12 percent. This is an estimate based on the figures you entered.

What clients say when nobody is asking them to
“RTH has been supporting our business for over 4 years, they are integral to our team and so valued as part of it.”
“My VA is a force multiplier. With my VA streamlining repetitive and routine functions, I have been able to spend more time growing and developing my business instead of getting bogged down in the day-to-day.”
“It truly feels like they are part of our business, not just an outsourced provider. Highly recommend.”
Eximius Building Management

Six months to prove it, or we replace them free
Hiring is a risk you are being asked to carry on your own. We take most of it back. If the person we place is not performing to the standard we agreed, tell your account manager and we replace them inside the first six months at no additional cost.
No second recruitment fee. No restarted contract. No argument about whose fault it was.
We can offer it because our General Manager, Adrian, was the first person ever trained in this model, inside an Australian building management business. He built the training every assistant we place goes through. Read how that started.
No recruitment fee
Ever. The monthly rate is the whole cost of the person.
No lock-in
Thirty days notice and you are out.
No entity needed
We employ them, you direct them.
Australian hours
They start when your office starts.
Common questions
How much does a virtual assistant from Remote Talent Hub cost?
A dedicated assistant costs between $1,200 and $2,500 a month in Australian dollars. Where you sit in that range depends on the scope of the role, the hours, the seniority of the person and the software they need to know. There is no recruitment fee, no placement fee and no lock-in beyond 30 days notice. The monthly fee covers the assistant's pay and entitlements, our HR and payroll administration, your account manager and the 6-month replacement guarantee.
How long does it take to get someone started?
You get a shortlist of three candidates within 72 hours of the brief call. Most clients interview that week and have their assistant working inside their systems within 7 to 10 business days. For comparison, the average time to hire in Australia is 28.1 days according to SEEK.
Where are Remote Talent Hub assistants based and what hours do they work?
Our assistants are based in the Philippines and work Australian business hours in your time zone. They start when your office starts. Remote Talent Hub is an Australian company registered in Milton, Queensland, and you deal with an Australian account manager.
What happens if the assistant is not right?
We replace them at no cost for the first six months. You are not charged a second recruitment fee and you do not restart the contract. In practice this rarely gets used, and when it has, the replacement was working inside a fortnight.
Do your assistants already know strata and building management software?
Yes. We place assistants who have already worked in MYBOS, StrataMax and similar platforms, which is why Eximius Building Management chose us. This removes most of the lead-in training that makes a local hire slow to become productive.
Do I need to set up a legal entity in the Philippines?
No. Remote Talent Hub employs the assistant through our Philippines partner and handles the employment contract, payroll, statutory contributions and compliance. You receive one Australian tax invoice each month.
What tasks can a remote assistant actually take off my plate?
The work that is repeatable and rule-based: email and inbox management, work order coordination, contractor follow-up, invoice processing and reconciliation, data entry, CRM updates, scheduling, quoting, reporting, tenant and owner correspondence, and social media and content production. The rule of thumb is anything you would pay someone $30 an hour to do.
Is my data safe with an offshore assistant?
Your assistant works inside your systems with your access controls, the same way an onshore employee would. We sign confidentiality agreements, apply role-based access and can work to your own IT and security policy. You keep ownership of every account and can revoke access at any time.
Tell us the role. We will send you three shortlisted people within 72 hours.
A 30-minute call, no obligation and no recruitment fee. You will leave it knowing exactly what the role costs, who we would put forward and how fast they can start.
