Roles we place
Nine roles we fill regularly for Australian businesses. If the work is repeatable, systems-based and can be done from a desk, it can be done by a vetted remote assistant working your hours. Every role sits inside the same $1,200 to $2,500 a month range.

One monthly fee covers the assistant's pay and entitlements, recruitment and screening, employment contracting and payroll, equipment, your Australian account manager and the guarantee.
- Hours. Part-time scope sits at the lower end, full time at the upper.
- Seniority. A senior or specialist assistant costs more and needs less supervision.
- Industry experience. Someone who already knows strata or building management software starts producing sooner.
- Software and coverage. Unusual systems or extended hours move the number.
Where you land depends on hours, seniority, industry experience and the software the role needs. No recruitment fee, no setup fee, 30 days notice.
Questions about roles
What roles can Remote Talent Hub fill?
Administrative assistants, strata assistants, assistant building managers, bookkeeping assistants, trades administrators, marketing assistants, executive assistants, customer support officers and property management assistants. The common thread is work that is repeatable, systems-based and can be done from a desk.
What does each role cost?
Every role sits inside the same range, $1,200 to $2,500 a month in Australian dollars. Where a specific role lands depends on the hours, the seniority required and the software the person needs to know. We give you the exact number on the brief call.
Can I hire more than one person?
Yes. Many clients start with one and add a second seat within a year, which is what Eximius Building Management did. Multi-seat pods share an account manager and are priced per seat.
What if my role does not fit these categories?
Bring it to the brief call. If we cannot staff it well we will say so rather than place someone who will fail in month two.
Can they work in a hybrid role across two functions?
Yes, and it is common at a part-time scope. Bookkeeping plus general admin, or marketing plus customer support, both work. Splitting across more than two functions usually does not.
Tell us the role. We will send you three shortlisted people within 72 hours.
A 30-minute call, no obligation and no recruitment fee. You will leave it knowing exactly what the role costs, who we would put forward and how fast they can start.
