It started with one building manager who trained his assistant properly

Remote Talent Hub was not built in a boardroom. It was built inside an Australian building management business, by an owner who could not afford to hire locally and worked out what to do about it. Everything we sell today came out of that.

Dino and Adrian

Dino Biordi started LUNA Management as a self-funded building management business. He had the same problem every new operator has. The admin load meant he could only ever run a handful of buildings, and hiring locally to fix it would have cost more than the buildings earned.

So he trained one person to do it instead. Adrian Evangelista took over the admin: work orders, contractor coordination, owner correspondence, reporting, the entire operational back end. Dino got his week back and spent it on the things a building manager is actually paid for.

That is how LUNA scaled. Not by adding managers, but by making one manager able to run far more sites than the job normally allows. LUNA now runs 60-plus sites with a team of more than 40 people across Australia and the Philippines.

Other operators noticed and started asking Dino how he was doing it. He kept explaining the same system over and over. Eventually it made more sense to build the business than to keep giving the answer away, and Remote Talent Hub was born, servicing building managers, strata managers and trades businesses.

Why Adrian matters to you

Adrian is our General Manager, and he is also the original proof that this works. He was the first person trained in it. He then built the systems, the processes and the training that every Remote Talent Hub assistant now goes through.

That is the difference between us and a staffing company that decided to sell into strata. Our people are not generalists who were told to learn MYBOS. They are trained on a system that was proven inside a real Australian building management business first, by the person who lived it.

The other three

Nic Monteforte was a fractional CEO and consultant running several large clients at once, while raising a family on her own. She got her first executive assistant through a referral and has not worked without one since. She joined because she wanted business owners to find that out earlier than she did. Nic is now the CEO and personally runs most discovery calls.

Matt Proellocks and Isaac French run an Australian accounting firm that was growing quickly and hit the same ceiling. They expanded into offshore support and their capacity went up several times over, without the local wage bill that normally comes with that kind of growth.

Four people, four different industries, the same discovery. They put it together as an Australian business, run by Australians, with a General Manager who was trained inside an Australian business rather than recruited into one.

What that means in practice

Every role, system and process at Remote Talent Hub was tested in our own businesses before it was sold to anyone. It is the reason our onboarding is structured the way it is, and the reason we place people who already know the software rather than people who will learn it on your time.

We are an Australian company based in Milton, Queensland. Our recruitment and HR operation runs out of the Philippines through our partner, WAHO. You deal with an Australian account manager and receive an Australian tax invoice.

What we will not do

We will not place someone into a role we do not think will work. We will not take a client whose expectations we cannot meet. Both cost us revenue in the short term and are the reason clients stay four years.

Our values

Excellence

Three candidates, screened properly, every time. If none of them are right we go again rather than argue for the least bad one.

Integrity

Published pricing, no recruitment fee, no lock-in and a guarantee that we honour without a negotiation.

People first

Our assistants are employed, paid properly and supported. That is why they stay, and why the client relationship holds.
